We recently spent three nights at Monte Verde, one of the Rocky Mountain Resort cabins in Estes Park. There were 5 of us, and we all really enjoyed this very clean and spacious cabin. The beds were very comfortable, and the cabin was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. My brother and his wife, who were visiting from West Texas, appreciated the large master bedroom and the tall beautiful trees around the cabin. They were especially excited when we saw a Moose herd directly across from the cabin. The staff at Rocky Mountain Resorts were all very friendly and helpful, even loaning us a Scrabble game for the evenings. (Manager's note: We're glad you had a great time! While there are a few moose in the Estes Park area, the herd you saw were probably elk.)8/20/13: Written by Linda, Denver, CO
We spent four nights in the Lodge Haus (at Marys lake Vacation Condos) for a family wedding and it was incredible! The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed (except hand soap and dish soap) and the housekeeping provided additional towels, linens, coffee, etc as needed. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. There were ten of us (4 adults 6 children) and there was more than enough room for all of us. We loved the outdoor space on the main deck and private deck, and the views were amazing. I dream of coming back here again in the future!7/30/13: Christina, Westmont, IL
We just returned from our family reunion and absolutely enjoyed the resort (Fawn Valley Inn). We stayed in room 235 which was absolutely beautifully decorated. All the amenities of home. The staff was so wonderful and made our stay memorable. We descended 75 strong and enjoyed ourselves thanks to all your great help. You all bent over backwards. Thank you soooo much.7/21/13: Marjorie, Tampa, FL
This was the second time we stayed at Lazy R Cottages, partly because our daughter loves the Bighorn Cabin so much. We do too. Besides, it is very close to the National Park. It is a roomy cabin with two bedrooms (one with a full + twin bunk bed), a bathroom (with a bath and plenty of room for taking care of a baby for example). The kitchen has a microwave, big fridge/freezer and great stove with oven. There is a nice dining area and a living room with a fireplace and a TV with DVD player. The office has a great collection of DVDs to borrow. The furniture, most of it made of logs, together with all the bighorn pictures and trinkets, gives this cabin a very cozy feel.6/2/13: Denver, CO
My husband and I stayed at the Fawn Valley Inn for our first wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved the room and especially enjoyed the mountain-style furniture and wood-burning fireplace. It was very relaxing and a great weekend getaway for any couple who needs some quality time together to relax.5/22/13: Longmont, CO
The Fawn Valley Inn has become a favorite place of ours. We take extended family when they are in town. It is clean, well-appointed and situated directly on Fall River; you can hear the river as you drift off to sleep. There is a real fire and a really ‘homey’ atmosphere. We awoke this month (as we have before) to find bull elks grazing in the garden just outside our window ... it seems they like the property as much as we do! It’s just down the road from the Rocky Mountain National Park, set in wonderful scenery. We’ve seen bighorn sheep, elk and mule deer right from the condos.4/19/13: Sandy, Little Rock, AR
