Fawn Valley Inn is the perfect Rocky Mountain getaway! Located right on Fall River, most units have been recently remodeled with our deluxe mountain elegance décor and aspen log furniture. We are only one mile from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and a short five-minute drive from downtown Estes Park. Come, relax and enjoy the sound of the river, beautiful views, and outdoor heated pool (seasonal).
Our property lies on 8 ½ acres with 1200 feet of riverfront (fish for rainbow and brook trout right on our property) and mountains all around. It is common to see elk, deer, fox, bighorn sheep or other wildlife roaming the grounds. Catching a glimpse of any of these animals reminds you that this is, indeed, an alpine paradise.
We offer a wide variety of one- two- and three-bedroom condos, Jacuzzi suites, riverside condos and a romantic cabin for two! Our units sleep from 2 to 10 people, and many are available with personal hot tubs. Our outdoor pool area features a heated swimming pool (seasonal), community hot tub, gas grills, picnic tables, and is ideal for large family gatherings and cook-outs. Short drives take you to horseback riding, white water rafting trips, chuck wagon dinners, lakes, streams, and endless hiking trails in Rocky Mountain National Park.
