Our property lies on 8 ½ acres with 1200 feet of riverfront (fish for rainbow and brook trout right on our property) and mountains all around. It is common to see elk, deer, fox, bighorn sheep or other wildlife roaming the grounds. Catching a glimpse of any of these animals reminds you that this is, indeed, an alpine paradise.

We offer a wide variety of one- two- and three-bedroom Estes Park condos, Jacuzzi suites, riverside condos and a romantic cabin for two! Our units sleep from 2 to 10 people, and many are available with personal hot tubs. Our outdoor pool area features a heated swimming pool (seasonal), community hot tub, gas grills, picnic tables, and is ideal for large family gatherings and cook-outs. Short drives take you to horseback riding, white water rafting trips, chuck wagon dinners, lakes, streams, and endless hiking trails in Rocky Mountain National Park.
