If you need to cancel or make changes to an existing reservation, please provide the required information. After processing your request, we will send a confirmation to the email address you provide below. If you do not receive a confirming email within 36 hours, please call (800) 497-1105 to check on the status of your request.

Reservation cancellation requests are processed according to our standard cancellation policy:

1. If notice of cancellation is given at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, minus $25.00 (or $50.00, depending on location and unit size).
2. For cancellations between 7 and 30 days before arrival, your deposit will be held as a cancellation fee. If we are able to rebook your reservation at the same rate, we will refund your deposit, minus $25.00 (or $50.00, depending on location and unit size).
3. For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation. If we are able to rebook your reservation at the same rate, we will refund your payment for all nights rebooked, minus $25.00 (or $50.00, depending on location and unit size).
