Reservations

All Rocky Mountain Resorts reservations are secured with a deposit equal to your first night's stay or 30%, whichever is greater. The balance is due on arrival. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. Personal checks are not accepted.

Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date. If you anticipate a late arrival please notify our office before 7:00 p.m. The full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card at the close of business on the day of your arrival. Directions to your unit, and your unit key, will be prepared for you.

Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. at all of our locations. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellations

All requests for reservation cancellations or changes must be in writing, either by e-mail, fax or letter, and confirmed by Rocky Mountain Resorts. You may simply reply to your original e-mail confirmation with your change request. Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded, minus $25.00, if notice is given 30 days prior to your arrival date. On cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be held as a cancellation fee. On cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless nights are rebooked at the same rate.
