Flood Update 9/23/13: Rocky Mountain Resorts is open! The Scenic Byway (Hwy 7) is open from the east, as well as Trail Ridge Road from the west. Rocky Mountain National Park is open and there is plenty to do in Estes Park as more and more restaurants, shops and attractions reopen. Come on up and enjoy the fall beauty in Estes Park! We have many beautiful condos, cabins and vacation homes available this week.
Specific property information:
Marys Lake Vacation Condos: We are hoping to reopen soon! The property itself was not affected by floodwaters, but issues in the surrounding area necessitates closing temporarily while the city makes repairs.
Fawn Valley Inn: Now reopened! Most condos were not affected by the flood, but we have temporarily closed a few condos down by the river to repair some minor water damage. Guests with reservations in closed condos will be moved to a comparable open condo.
Lazy R Cottages: Fully accessible and open for business! Not affected by the floods.
Timber Creek Chalets: Fully accessible and open for business! Not affected by the floods.
Sunnyside Knoll Resort: Fully accessible and open for business! Not affected by the floods.
Lofts of Estes: The lower-level condos did get water in them during the flood. Guests with reservations at the Lofts of Estes will be relocated to one of our other properties until repairs are made.
Triple R Cottages: Now reopened! The cottages were not damaged in the flood, but there was some erosion on the property that took a few days to fix.
Bear Creek Vacation Condos: We are working hard to complete repairs to the parking lot. The condos are OK but we are temporarily relocating guests while we make repairs.
