The Historic Triple R Cottages are nostalgic of the early lodging days of Estes Park. The original cabins vary from small, rustic two-person cottages up to large, beautifully remodeled eight-person cabins with hot tubs!
All cabins have kitchens or kitchenettes, bathrooms, cable TV, DVD players, and gas grills. Only two miles from Rocky Mountain National Park, three minutes from downtown Estes Park, and moments away from a variety of activities and things to do.

The property features eight different cottages just off of Mary’s Lake Road at the base of Prospect Mountain. There are one, two, and three-bedroom options available, with the largest sleeping up to eight people. Guests have access to a seasonal pool on-site, along with a recreation room – both free to guests. Plus, guests are able to reserve our outdoor group area with picnic tables and BBQ grills. Perfect for a family reunion or large friends gathering!
Parking is free and available on-site. All units are dog-friendly with a charge of $15 a night, per dog.
Location
The property lies just off Mary’s Lake Road at the base of Prospect Mountain, just two miles from downtown Estes Park and a mile and a half from Mary’s Lake recreation area. Plus, the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is only a 15-minute drive, so you’ll be there in no time!
