Fall into great flavors with the craft brews of Estes Park this fall! Though any time is a good time to come sip our local beers, there’s something special about pairing these brews with our stunning fall hues. If you’re looking for an additional reason to visit Estes Park in the fall, our beer festivals might just seal the deal.
Pumpkins & Pilsners Festival
October 7, 2017
It seems like everything comes in pumpkin flavor in the fall but we also like to add some suds to the mix at the Pumpkins & Pilsners Festival in early October. This event is family-friendly and has pony rides, face painting, and a bounce house for the young ones (though we might see some adults trying to sneak into the bounce house after a few choice brews); as well as fun for attendees of every age with pumpkin bowling, giant Jenga, a visit to the pumpkin patch, and live music.
Be sure to get your souvenir mug to sample beers from local Estes Park breweries and get some hot and cold treats from the on-site food trucks.
This festival is free but also acts as a fundraiser for the nonprofit organization, Families for Estes. Park at the new parking garage at the Visitor Center (the most hassle-free spot!) and take the short ten minute walk down the Riverwalk to Bond Park.
Fall Back Beer Fest
November 4, 2017
Before we turn back the clock, indulge in some amazing beers at the 5th Annual Fall Back Beer Fest! Sample a wide variety of Colorado beers and get to know the people who make them. This event is popular with homebrewers with its educational seminars and giveaways from supply shops.
This event is also family-friendly and everyone is welcome to sample the pours from Colorado soda breweries! Food trucks will also be at the complex.
The festival is held in the Estes Park Events Complex and tickets start at $40 for general admission. The Estes Park Shuttle will be running for free and stopping at Bond Park, the Estes Park Visitor Center, and the Estes Park Events Complex.
If you can’t make it out during the beer festivals but you’re still interested in visiting our craft breweries, be sure to visit our top recommendations:
